Last night, Unleash live was honoured to receive the Australia AI Award 2025 for Responsible AI. While our team initially had its sights on the Critical Infrastructure category, which we were also proud to be a finalist in, this recognition feels even more meaningful on reflection.
Responsible AI sits at the heart of everything we build. It shapes how we apply our technology across energy, resources, transport, and emergency response sectors, where AI has a real and immediate impact on people, safety, and performance.
At Unleash live, we’re not interested in building quick, superficial AI tools. We’re developing a platform that helps people in the world’s most challenging environments, those working in dangerous, demanding, or data-intensive conditions. Our computer vision AI empowers workers in the field, in control rooms, and across remote sites where every second counts.
In mining, we help teams automate inspections and monitor vast operations with live visual intelligence. From pits and plants to conveyors and haul roads, our platform detects issues before they escalate, keeping people out of harm’s way and operations running smoothly.
In energy, our automated drones and computer vision capture accurate image data across assets and conditions, preparing utilities for extreme weather events such as bushfires and floods. Our platform turns captured visuals into structured insights by integrating imagery, sensors and data streams in real time. This enables providers like Endeavour Energy and Ausgrid to monitor infrastructure before and after disruption, respond faster, reduce downtime and strengthen grid resilience under pressure.
In transport and infrastructure, Unleash live delivers situational awareness that improves network reliability and safety. Real-time video intelligence supports decision-making for operations, maintenance, and incident response, driving safer and smarter public systems.
And in emergency services, our partnerships show how responsible AI can save lives. Through live streaming from drones and field cameras, commanders gain instant visibility of fire grounds and disaster zones, enabling faster, more informed decisions without putting more people in danger.
The Responsible AI Award recognises this philosophy, our belief that AI should amplify human capability, not replace it. Our mission is to build technology that quietly powers those who keep our world safe, moving, and connected. This award belongs to every first responder, engineer, data scientist, and Unleash live customer, who share this mission.

This win caps off an incredible year for Unleash live. We won the AFR AI Awards for Productivity and Efficiency in Energy, featured in the Forbes Asia 100 to Watch list, and achieved a 93 Crunchbase Heat Score, marking us as one of the hottest AI companies globally to watch in 2025.
